How different are we from other organisations?

• • We do not charge any initial fee upfront but assist with collating information, analysing in terms of the COIDA policy, assessing and projecting the degree of permanent disablement.


• • Where the claim has yielded a PD payment- the employee pays a negotiated reasonable fee. If there is no permanent disablement, we do not charge any fee for the effort we made but would advise beforehand whether there will be PD or not.


• • Whenever necessary, we assist employees financially with photo copying, scanning and faxing their information.


• • Sometimes we transport them or provide doctor’s consulting fees to be examined and get medical reports.


• • Employees do not have to travel to the company’s offices, we utilise technology where possible, to communicate so as to minimize travelling costs


• • In some cases, we enlist the help of the same injured employees to track and trace other unknown cases- we therefore contribute to job creation by paying commission on cases that have been successfully traced and paid.
